Return Process

Contact our customer service team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a resalable condition.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix your return shipping label to the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect your return at our Cooma warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
